I am a clinical health psychologist with decades of experience in helping adults of all cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic statuses better manage the emotional distress related to a cancer diagnosis and other life-changing medical conditions. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other mindfulness-based interventions.
